Pensacola, FL -  The Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, together with the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce and other iTenWired partners, co-hosted the first iTenWired Technology Summit on February 19, 2008.  The sold-out Summit was held at the Brookley Industrial Complex in Mobile, Alabama.  Over 70 of the region’s technology-based entrepreneurs and economic development experts gathered to collaborate on regional opportunities for growth in the technology and innovation field.

Keynote speaker Dr. Les Goff, President and CEO of Noetic Technologies, Inc stated, “The iTen group, area Chambers and all those who attended are to be commended for taking the initiative to think and work together on a broader scope.”  Goff went on to say, “Noetic Technologies is pleased to have been invited to attend and participate in this model for producing increased regional benefits.”

The summit featured industry speakers and panelists addressing a range of issues affecting entrepreneurial development such as capital formation, globalization and technology transfer.  Coupled with networking and industry exposure, the iTenWired Summit provided a forum for industry experts and business entrepreneurs to discover resources across the region.
